Dr. Chen has participated in many bioengineering projects, and has many years of experience in the development of digital microfluidic control systems and digital microfluidic chips, as well as in the development of rapid DNA detection methods based on microchips.

Pui In Mak, Elvis

Professor, University of Macau


Professor Mak received the Ph.D. degree from University of Macau (UM), Macao, China, in 2006. He is currently Full Professor at UM Faculty of Science and Technology – ECE, and the associate director (research) of the State Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed Signal VLSI, IEEE Fellow, IET Fellow and an overseas expert of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has won the second prize of National Scientific and Technological Progress Award and is the technical consultant of the Digifluidic.

Postdoctoral fellow, University of Macau


Dr.Dong has participated in many bioengineering projects, has many years of experience in software, algorithm and embedded system development, and has participated in the research and development of a bank's data system.
