DMF nucleic acid application Panel

DMF nucleic acid application chips are used in various applications, including fluorescence quantitative PCR (qPCR), protein expression analysis, and molecular diagnosis. The advantage of these chips is that they can quickly and sensitively detect trace samples, and can simultaneously detect multiple nucleic acid markers on one chip. They can be used for nucleic acid quantification, as well as research on gene expression, protein expression, and other applications.

Seven-pathogen detection chip kit for shrimp diseases (qPCR fluorescence probe method)

This product uses a chip as a carrier for nucleic acid extraction and qPCR amplification testing of samples. It is characterized by simple operation, easy to use, and low laboratory requirements.

It can be used to detect seven common pathogens including EHP, SHIV, EMS, WSSV, IHHNV, VP, and VH in shrimp larvae, adult shrimp, water, and feed. The lowest detection limit is 1000 copies/ml of the pathogen.

The matching product is our Virus Hunter Plus series instrument.

Animal-sourced six-item nucleic acid detection chip kit platform

This project platform is developed based on the Virus Hunter Plus device and LAMP-customized microfluidic chip platform, and develops a reagent kit that can quickly and multiply detect animal-sourced nucleic acid components in food and meat products on a small chip.

The "Animal-sourced Six-item Nucleic Acid Detection Chip Kit" developed by this project can detect meat-sourced components including chicken, duck, goose, pork, beef, and lamb, and can achieve a detection limit of 1%. The positive and negative compliance rates of clinical samples are above 95%, with high specificity and stability and other performance indicators.

This product is equipped with the "Animal-sourced 6-item Component Nucleic Acid Detection Chip Kit Operation Full Process Manual", which provides detailed instructions from sample preparation, nucleic acid extraction to microfluidic chip and equipment operation.

This product includes animal-sourced six-item nucleic acid detection chips, positive control products (six-item positive mixed plasmids), negative control products (ultrapure water or TE buffer), white oil, reaction solution (MIX), enzymes, and product instructions.

Currently, the nucleic acid detection methods used for animal-sourced food adulteration on the market are complex and have low detection efficiency. The rapid and multiply detection products developed by this project platform have the advantages of rapid and multiply detection, which can solve the current low efficiency and complex operation of nucleic acid detection methods on the market.

Up Respiratory Tract Virus 3-item (nCOV-19/FluA/FluB)
Nucleic Acid Detection Chip Kit (RT-PCR fluorescence probe method)

This product is based on the real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR method using one-step reverse transcription method and TaqMan fluorescence probe technology. It is manufactured using the full-component glass state process and can be used to add a larger volume of nucleic acid template, resulting in higher detection sensitivity. It can amplify specific nucleic acid fragments of throat swabs and determine the results by real-time amplification curves. This product is used to detect the N gene and ORF1ab gene of nCOV-19, and FluA and FluB of influenza A and B, with RNase P as the internal reference. The detection limit of the chip is 1000 copies/mL, with a coefficient of variation less than 5%.
